Pledge to LiveWell
The entire team at News 13 is ready to start the year off healthier and we want you to join us in pledging to LiveWell in 2014!
If you don’t know where to start or you are looking for new ways to freshen up your healthy living goals tune into News 13 every week as our anchors and reporters share what living well means to them.
To take the pledge, fill out the form and tell us what your LiveWell goals are in the coming year. Then keep us updated by posting pictures of your progress to our Facebook page or See It Gallery . We would love to see you hiking with the family, training for your first 5k, or eating great healthy foods. The possibilities are endless! What does living well mean and look like to you?

1st Annual News 13 LiveWell Expo
Be sure to join us for the first annual LiveWell Expo, a health expo that will take place in the Davis Event Center of the WNC Ag Center from 10AM-5PM, Saturday March 29th. It’s a free event that will feature free health screenings, nearly 100 exhibitors focused on healthy living, live entertainment and so much more. You’ll even have an opportunity to meet some of our anchors and reporters. Save the date!
